We will exchange your products through our accredited logistics operator.

1. Delivery Term
Want to understand a little more about how we calculate the delivery time of your order? So come with us!
At the time you are making the purchase, we will estimate how long your products will arrive at your home.
Delivery time is calculated considering 5 factors: current stock, delivery region, invoice issuance process, product preparation time (average of 03 working days), and its origin.
When you complete your order, we will count the shipment of your order in business days.
Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 7 pm.
But remember: some deliveries may happen on Saturdays.
If your order contains more than one product, deliveries may be shipped separately. But don't worry: this can happen due to the size of the product, the stock of the chosen one or the delivery system.
The delivery period will be counted from the date of approval of the order, which can take up to three business days – for credit card payments only.
Remember that your information must be current. Only then can we guarantee a successful delivery.
1.1. Cost of freight
The shipping cost is calculated automatically by the website.
At the time of purchase, we consider the weight, volume, and quantity of the selected items, as well as the distance between our place of destination and the place of delivery that you informed us of.
We can also make special categories of freight available for certain products and locations, permanently or temporarily.
Therefore, it is possible that you can choose the one that is most convenient for you, changing the price and delivery time.
1.2. Delivery conditions
You can receive your order the way you prefer, but let's understand some conditions together?
For those who live in buildings that keep the product at the entrance, you will have to be exclusively responsible for guarding and transporting the purchase to your home.
Remember to authorize a person over 18 years of age to receive, check and sign the delivery protocol for the products. Our couriers will not be able to transport the goods inside the place of delivery.

Now, if you have received the products under these conditions, the exchange request will only take place in the cases provided for in the Exchange & Returns Policy.
1.4. Delivery Attempts
If you or the person responsible for delivering the delivery is unable to receive the products at the indicated location, whether due to absence, condo time restrictions, or even physical limitations that delay the shipment of your products, rest assured.
In this type of situation, we will make two more attempts and the Store SAC will contact you to inform you about the status of your order in more detail.
If the attempts do not work, the ordered products will be returned to stock and the order will be canceled automatically.
And, of course, the refund of the purchase amount will be made in accordance with the terms set out in the Exchange and Return Policy.
About Exchange or Cancellation
If your order is cancelled, you will receive a refund of the amount paid, according to the method selected at the time of purchase (Credit Card or another method).
If you wish to cancel It must be made through the consumer service channels, within 7 calendar days from the date of withdrawal, as per the following details of the Returns and Exchanges Policy.
